 Private Yoga Sessions

Enjoy private lessons as a way to get a solid introduction before joining yoga classes; to suit your scheduling needs; or to learn yoga at your own pace.

Individual Series Include:

  • Relaxation Series – 3 weeks   

This series focuses on how to use your breath to relax and to deepen your postures.  You will learn a series of postures that you can do in full or in part daily or as needed to help wind down, feel calmer, and sleep better.  The series is developed to meet your individual needs - attention is given each session to ways to maximize the postures for your body.  You will also learn ways to incorporate yoga into your life with ease.

  • Foundations Yoga Series – 3 weeks

This series is for the individual who is unsure about joining classes or who simply prefers private lessons. It can give you confidence if you have never done yoga before but would like to eventually join a class and would like some beginner knowledge before joining one. It also gives you a solid foundation on which to build the postures which leads to better understanding of them and to less risk of injury. 

  • Private Classes    

You are welcome to take a one-time class but I highly recommend the foundational yoga series first.  Certainly, once you have taken the foundational course, you may want more ongoing learning to develop your experience and knowledge of yoga as time permits and when you need it.  If you are experienced with yoga and would like to develop a home practice, this is also ideal for you.
