Yoga classes will be offered through Zoom until and including when we can meet in person again. Yoga is accessible to every body at any age. No matter your religion, life philosophy or lack thereof, yoga can improve your self-understanding, your health and even your relationships!
Yoga moves your body in ways that releases tension and restores its original fluidity, letting go of the tightness and resistance you’ve acquired.
Ayurveda Consultations are available through Zoom. Once we have a good understanding of your constitution/dosha type and what imbalances you may currently have, I’ll outline some simple Ayurvedic recommendations to bring back vitality, maintain balance and enhance your well-being.
Ayurveda is a sister science to Yoga that focuses on keeping healthy in order to have vitality and enjoy your life. You do not have to do Yoga to benefit from Ayurveda.
Small group workshops either through Zoom or together once we can. Deck workshops are also a possibility. These fun workshops combine lecture, discussion and some hands-on practice.
